Made to order, with care
Every Trace piece is engraved by hand and made to order especially for you. Because each item is personalized, we ask for a little time before it ships.

Processing time
Your order enters production once your personalization details are confirmed. Production takes 3–5 business days.

Shipping time
After production, delivery takes 7–12 business days.
Estimated total time from order to doorstep: 10–17 business days.

Where we ship
We currently ship to United States, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout / Enjoy free shipping on orders over $40.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your piece on its way to you.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Customs & duties (international orders)
Orders shipped outside [the United States] may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it's in transit, and we can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at info.tracejewelry@gmail.com within [7] days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
